Know your escape route
In the event of your home/business being flooded, it is always
advisable to have an escape route to a place of safety.
• Place of safety
o Contact your local parish/town councillor and ask where
your nearest place of safety is situated during floods.
• Do you have a friend or relative that could provide
accommodation if your house is flooded.
Do you have any advice that you would like to share? if you do then please
contact Avradel and we will review it, and if suitable, we will add it to the
‘Avradel Flood Manual’
