unethical behavior, make a confidential report through

Make a confidential report if you suspect:

• Patient and employee safety issues
• Non-compliance with laws and regulations
• Fraud, waste or other abuse
• Workplace violence
• Patient privacy and other rights
• Faculty, student or staff misconduct
• Policy violations
• Billing compliance issues
• Criminal behavior
• Conflicts of interest
• Any other ethical or legal concerns

If you are not sure a situation will be
considered an ethical or legal issue, please
notify us anyway. We will help determine
how the concern should be handled.
