                     Tips for Keeping Your Body Healthy






     A healthy body weight is linked to greater energy levels, improved mood, and reduced risk of chronic
     disease. However, weight is not always the best place to start when it comes to improving overall wellness.

     Everyone has different needs and priorities, and there are many healthy habits that provide benefits
     outside of weight. Talk to your doctor or a health coach to learn what might be a good first step for you.
     Use the tips below as a starting point toward a healthier, happier life.
