Active Older Adults
The YMCA has a committed group of members we consider to be Y Active Older Adults. These age 50 and over members stay healthy by participating in physical and social activities that enhance the spirit, mind and body. This group understands the importance of staying connected and being part of the community.
InBody
The InBody scan uses technology that measures Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) to assess muscle mass, body fat and total body water (TBW). The results of the scan can be used to help set your benchmark and create a personalized workout plan. Scan only cost:
Members $25, Non-Members $35
