Craig Gironda - Senior Director of Operations - Thank you John Combs!!! Craig
has been a huge boost of energy and creativity since joining RingCentral. He first
partnered with John Anderson to built an amazing team of SE’s to conquer the Majors
segment and in doing so he pulled the top 5 SE’s from one of our competitors. I guess he
figured if you can beat the competition, then why not beat them some more. But
honestly, Craig has a passion for mentoring, developing, and enabling people. In
combination with his overwhelming understanding of the customer experience, it goes
without saying that his new role, Sr. Director of SE Ops, is a perfect fit for him.
Joshua Davis - Senior Director of Mass/Signature/Channel/Carrier/
ASE/ETC… - Where would we be without Josh Davis? Every great idea, every plan of
action, every single step this SE org has taken for the past 7 years, Josh Davis has been
there. He is so good at what he does and how he does it, it only makes sense that he
continues to lead and develop the core of where RingCentral was born and the future of
where SE’s will come from. Josh Davis is the MAN! :micdrop:
