Mid-Market Team - Andy Thompson

Andy will move from his role as an Enterprise manager to the role as the Mid-Market Segment
Leader. His sole mission is to uplevel and prepare the mid-market team to move more into the
field supporting the growth plans for Mike Piccolotti. Andy will bring his enterprise experience to
his team and apply his technical ability as well to accomplish this goal. Andy will report directly to
me (Reno, just in case you forgot who’s writing this newsletter).

SE Operations - Craig Gironda, David Tanji, Ray Durham, Jaysin Nguyen

As stated earlier, Craig is pretty good at empowering SE’s, so we are going to let him do more of
just that. As the Senior Leader of the SE Ops team, he will utilize the talents of both David Tanji
and Ray Durham to create enablement content / plans, product trainings, and customer
strategies for all of GSS and Sales. We are excited to have this role and look forward to much
great change to better our position as THE Elite SE Organization in the xCaaS industries. David
and Ray will report directly to Craig. Craig and Jaysin will continue to report directly to me (again,
I’m Reno, welcome to my newsletter).

               Majors Team - Wayne Cochrane

With Craig moving into the Operations and Enablement role, Wayne will be taking over the Majors
team in partnership with John Anderson. Both John and Wayne are crazy, they both like to run
long, long, distances, so yeah, they are perfect for each other. Not to mention if you put their first
names together, you get John Wayne…. You can’t argue with the Duke…this is meant to be.
Wayne will report directly to me.

               Apps Team - David Hamel

I’ve always said, we have three product categories here at RingCentral, UC, CC, and API’s. I gave
David a small task a few years ago, learn how to write code. After he mastered that, I empowered
him to teach the rest of the SE Team why coding was so important to our sales strategy. Here we
are now, after many sessions about API’s and Integrations, selling into new and existing accounts,
our integration services. David has been doing a majority of this work singularly for the past 2
years and now it is time to make a revenue generating business unit out of it. David will take on
special projects initially as we continue to develop the role and the team. David will report
               directly to me.
