Q2 Organizational Changes




























               The time for change has come...again!


               Status quo isn’t status quo anymore.  With growth and scale must come focus.  As we promote and
               staff, we re-organize and focus our talents and efforts so that we too, can grow and scale.



               So what is changing?



               SMB/ Signature - Jason Thrower

               With Jim Carrick putting his focus on Channel and Carrier, Jason Thrower will be handling the
               growth and expansion of the Global SMB and Signature teams.  His focus will be to increase
               utilization of our MNL team and expand its reach beyond the 50 employee threshold.  He will
               leverage his experience as well as that of his peers to continue to drive adoption and effectiveness
               of his team with automation and enablement.  Jason Thrower will report directly to Josh Davis.

               ASE Team - Andrew White

               Andrew has done an amazing job creating and cultivating a talented group of Associate SE’s. His
               efforts will pave the way for many to learn and grow into the field of Solutions Selling when they
               may not of otherwise had a chance before.  This team is already making impacts to the bottom line
               by providing front line assistance to our Sr. SE’s in the field.  Andrew will continue to grow and
               scale this team and their scope of influence globally in the coming year. Andrew will continue to
               report directly to Josh Davis.
