JLP - John Lewis Partnership

Summary: $9M ARR and 45K seats. JLP has 350 store locations with a requirement for the end
users to be able to choose which call queues to be assigned to from a mobile application. As this is
not a permission or feature available today, we're going to be building it into our core product to be
released in Q2 2020 (tentatively) and a professional services development of a mobile application
will be provided to them in the interim. The end user will authenticate into a custom mobile
application with their RingCentral credentials and be presented with queues that align to their store
location and the user will be able to set themselves in or out of call queues. The development of
the application will begin immediately and be delivered within 2 months..
