“Supervisors can also view aggregated metrics for their entire team which allows them to keep
track performance of the team as whole. Again, this is a convenient way for them to track key
metrics for their entire team or across multiple teams, and evaluate them against the KPIs they
are being measured against.
Supervisors can also drill down into specific agent activity by searching for a specific agent and
selecting that agent to view their metrics.
