Highlight Key Supervisor Capabilities
“The Supervisor application gives agent supervisors visibility into key metrics for their agents,
giving them the tools they need to better support their agents as they get their work done. At a
glance, the supervisor can view statistics on agent activity, including current interaction activity
as you see here with the chat interaction. They can also track key metrics such as agent hande
time and agent availability to ensure they continue to align with KPIs.”
Action: Switch Supervisor to Teams View
Select the Teams option from the View menu.
