Enter in your assigned information, then select the ​Submit​ button to queue the interaction. The
chat window should show that the transaction is queued:

(NOTE: There may be occasions where the chat icon times out or loses the session, in which
case you will not see the above. This is an issue with the InContact chat widget we have a ticket
open to address. For now, the workaround is clearing the cache then restarting the chat
request. This has been noticed mainly using the Safari browser.)
