               Contact Center
               Because the new scripted demo is still in development, we will use the B2 environment for the
               basic demo. For advance demo capabilities such as showing Studio, Workforce Management
               and Quality Management, we will be using UserHub (B32). This will also be used to demo
               Salesforce.
               Messaging
               RingCentral Contact Center provides a true omni-channel contact center experience with voice
               for both the agent and the customer. Why this is important:
                   ●   Customer satisfaction and loyalty is increased as customers spend less effort
                       communicating with the companies they interact with because their journey is tracked
                       across multiple channels (i.e. companies know who they are and where they are in their
                       journey);
                   ●   Agents have a unified interface to deal with interactions across multiple channels, which
                       results in increased work satisfaction and improved agent efficiency which ultimately
                       translates to better customer service.
