Action: Look for the Twitter Interaction as a Task
The Twitter notification you sent should appear as an agent task. It will animate as well as play
a sound to alert the agent that this is a new task that needs to be accepted. The agent should
accept the task by selecting it.
Selecting it will bring up the agent task screen with the interaction.
