Review Incoming Interaction
“This agent is accepting an incoming Twitter post from a customer that needs help with their
current travel. The agent selects the incoming interaction and can now engage in a digital
interaction with the customer.
Before I respond to this customer, let’s review a few key features of the agent task screen.”
Review the interaction window and toolbar
Point to the interaction window and also the toolbar below. Key items to highlight is that the
agent has a rich messaging interface that supports multimedia content such as photos and
videos as well as hyperlinks.
