               The suggested phrase is added to the agent dialog window:


















               Add the following phrase: “Let me pull up your flight information and see if I can get you
               upgraded using your miles.”


               Select the            button to send the reply.

               Switch to Twitter.com and select the                icon to browse ​@JamesFultonLive​’s most
               recent notifications. The agent’s reply should appear at the top of the list.
