“The agent can also browse the history of this customer’s interactions with the company. They
can see what was exchanged between the customer and the company, the different channels
the customer may have used, and the outcomes of each of the customer’s previous messaging
interactions with the company. This history also provides the agent with some additional context
that could be helpful in addressing the current interaction.”
