Explain Intervention History
“When you select the interaction history icon, the agent will get a view of all of the completed
interactions they have had with this customer. The inteventon history also shows which digital
channels that customer has been communicating with the agent on.”
Action: Select the icon.
This will bring you to the message history screen, which contains a scrollable history of all
interactions between the company and the customer (in this case, @JamesFultonLive).
