Props Required
- Fairy costume
- Music player and speaker
- Sparkly magic bag
- A fairy wand for yourself and for each girl child
- A foam or blow up sword for each boy
- Parachute (size will depend on number of children)
- Soft fairy toy
- Up to 9 x other soft toys and/or
finger puppets
- An egg shaker for each child
- Parcel for PTP (if requested)
- Birthday card
- Bubbles
- Haribo treat for each child
- Magic sparkles
- Party flyers
- Camera (e.g. on your phone)
- Glitter tattoo kit (if requested)
When handing out props (for example scarves) always sing “Time to hand out the scarves, the scarves, the scarves. Time to hand out the scarves at insert birthday child’s name’s party,” to the traditional tune of ‘Here We Go ‘Round the Mulberry Bush’. 1. INTRODUCTION
“Hi everyone. Firstly let’s all say thank you to Child’s Name for inviting us to his/her birthday party by giving him/her a great big round of applause! My name is Your Name Sparkles and you can remember my name because I have a sparkly magic bag and at the end everyone who joins in will get some magic sparkles and a Haribo treat. Does anyone know what I’m wearing? That’s because I’m a fairy and today we’re going to learn all about fairies. But before we begin, we’ve got to shake our sillies out!”
