Qualifications

In the interest of site safety and good practice,
and being able to demonstrate commitment to
this:

a) It is an absolute requirement that any
electrician employed on site must be NICEIC
certified. It is the main contractor’s responsibility
to ensure that this is so and to pass a copy of the
electricians current certification to DPG.

b) It is an absolute requirement that any
plumber employed on the site must be Gas
Safe registered (commercial classification). It
is the main contractor’s responsibility to ensure
that this is so. Ideally, plumbers should also
be registered under one of the Water Supply
Industry approval schemes.

c) All personnel working on site should have the
minimum of an appropriate trade CSCS card
and the Site Manager/ Foreman/ Supervisor
should hold a card suitable for that function.

d) All personnel working on site to have had up
to date asbestos awareness and CDM training.
