The Fourth Cup of Wine – כוס רביעי
ָבּרוּ ַא ָתּה ה' ֱא קינוּ ֶמ ֶל ָהעוֹ ָלם בּוֹ ֵרא ְפּ ִרי ַה ָג ֶפן
Praised are you, Hashem, Ruler of the universe, who has created the fruit of the vine.
Drink the wine, then recite the concluding blessing:
ְו ַﬠל ְתּנוּ ַבת ַה ָשּׂ ֶדה ְו ַﬠל ֶא ֶרץ ֶח ְמ ָדּה טוֹ ָבה וּ ְר ָח ָבה, ַﬠל ַה ֶגּ ֶפן ְו ַﬠל ְפּ ִרי ַה ֶגּ ֶפן,ָבּרוּ ַא ָתּה ה' ֱא קינוּ ֶמ ֶל העוֹ ָלם
ֶשׁ ָר ִצי ָת ְו ִה ְנ ַח ְל ָתּ ַל ֲאבוֹ ֵתינוּ ֶל ֱא ֹכל ִמ ִפּ ְר ָיהּ ְו ִל ְשׂ ֹבּ ַﬠ ִמטּוּ ָבהּ ַר ֶחם ָנא ה' ֱא קינוּ ַﬠל ִי ְשׂ ָר ֵאל ַﬠ ֶמּ ְו ַﬠל ְירוּ ָשׁ ַל ִים ִﬠי ֶר
ְו ַﬠל ִציּוֹן ִמ ְשׁ ַכּן ְכּבוֹ ֶד ְו ַﬠל ִמ ְז ְבּ ֶח ְו ַﬠל ֵהי ָכ ֶל וּ ְב ֵנה ְירוּ ָשׁ ַל ִים ִﬠיר ַה ֹק ֶדשׁ ִבּ ְמ ֵה ָרה ְב ָי ֵמינוּ ְו ַה ֲﬠ ֵלנוּ ְלתוֹ ָכהּ ְו ַשׂ ְמ ֵחנוּ
וּ ְר ֵצה ְו ַה ֲח ִלי ֵצנוּ ְבּיוֹם ַה ַשׁ ָבּת:ְבּ ִב ְנ ָי ָנהּ ְונ ֹא ַכל ִמ ִפּ ְר ָיהּ ְו ִנ ְשׂ ַבּע ִמטּוּ ָבהּ וּ ְנ ָב ֶר ְכ ָﬠ ֶלי ָה ִבּ ְק ֻד ָשׁה וּ ְב ָט ֳה ָרה )בשבת
ָבּרוּ ַא ָתּה. ִכּי ַא ָתּה ה' טוֹב וּ ֵמ ִטיב ַל ֹכּל ְונוֹ ֶדה ְלּ ַﬠל ָה ָא ֶרץ ְו ַﬠל ְפּ ִרי ַה ֶגּ ֶפן, ַה ֶזּה( ְו ַשׂ ְמ ֵחנוּ ְבּיוֹם ַחג ַה ַמּצּוֹת ַה ֶזּה
ה' ַﬠל ַה ֶגּ ֶפן ְו ַﬠל ְפּ ִרי ַה ֶגּ ֶפן
Praised are you, Hashem, Ruler of the universe, for the vine and the fruit, and for produce of the
field, for the beautiful and spacious land, which you gave to our ancestors as a heritage. Have
mercy, Hashem our G-d, on Israel your people, on Jerusalem your city. Rebuild Jerusalem, the
holy city, speedily in our days. Bring us there and cheer us with its restoration; may we eat
Israel’s produce and enjoy its goodness; we praise you for Jerusalem’s centrality in our lives.
(On Shabbat add: Favor us and strengthen us on this Sabbath day) and grant us happiness on
this Feast of Matzot, For you, Hashem are good and beneficent to all, and we thank you for the
land and the fruit of the vine. Praised are you, Hashem, for the land and the fruit of the vine.
