French militarist soldiers were so indifferent to the tearful in
trying circumstance living of the people under their cruel rules.
Also, they did not know that the villagers gave them a nickname
of the white and black evils. The people would like to kill them
at any time, if they have a chance to apply their wish, and clear
the hate that they were carrying in their hot heart. It appeared on
their fire eyes with full angry and dangerous when they looked
at French soldiers on the roads.

At night time, a group of the Viet-Minh terrorist agent
comes in the village. They knock the door of each family to
collect their black tax. Most of the times Viet-Minh terrorist
agents met with the villagers, they used the words very gentle
and clear to cover up their atrocity and hiding their tricks to the
people. Sometimes Viet-Minh terrorist agent made up the
French's victim stories to call the patriotism for the people and
took advantage from the villagers. On another, their faces were
something dangers of the terrorization and unsafe for the people,
which the villagers had been feeling and fearing to die. They
heard the rumors that Viet-Minh terrorist agents hold someone
in suspicion for French militarist’s informer. They came in the
village at midnight, knocked on the door of those families, took
ahead of the family out of the house to torture until dead tired
and killed him for warning the people.

Since all most, the villagers were afraid to die by Viet-Minh
agents torture. They hated Viet-Minh as they were for French
militarist, but they kept silence to pay the black tax and buy the
safety for the family members. Viet-Minh terrorist agents were
exacting with the people in the villages to support their troops in
the war by the dirty actions.

Some night few Viet-Minh terrorists came in the village in
their secret ways. They knocked the doors of each family, called
the young persons out to a meeting in the dark places. Viet-Minh
agents pressed the white terror on them, make the mental crisis
on the whole group to get few volunteers, chose more twenty
