Vietnamese were struggle to seek independence and
freedom for the country during the time of French colonial.
Therefore Mr. Phan-Boi-Chau had succeeded with nationalism
and civilization that he learned from Japan and China, where he
helped hundreds of young men, who leave Vietnam to learn how
to reform and modernize the country. He wished Vietnamese
will adopt all the good ideas on their lives and apply them to be
the power of the mind for resisting cruel foreign rules.

In the time of World War II, Ho-Chi-Minh made rapid
progress the organizing Communist party in Indochina by
supporting of China, and Soviet Communists with his key
people were Vo-Nguyen-Giap, Pham-Van-Dong, and Truong-
            Chinh (alias Nguyen-Xuan-Khu).

Nguyen learned that at 1916-1945, Vietnamese civilians
understood little about the Vietnamese Communist party, called,
            and Ho-Chi-Minh (alias Ly-Thuy, or Nguyen-Ai-Quoc) was a
            leader.

Nguyen also knew that the newest Vietnamese capitalists
were rich by the war and betrayed the country. Some of the
intellectuals had surrendered or incoherent for profit and power,
followed French colonial for guard and enjoyed the French’s
benefits that French colonial granted them certain privileges.
Also, Nguyen understood this new capital class was side by side
as the banking with very high interest to exploit the working
classes and poor farmers. They used their money to rule the poor
people as their slavery in the time of the Chinese Empire and
learned the cruel from French colonial to be the cold blood
masters. All the new capitals united during the war by the
common interests of money. They betrayed the country to
become the enemies’ informers for the people and pushed the
national liberation into the death struggle by their indirectly.

It is not a virtue, sentiment, religion, and country for the
capitalist...! If they talk about those things in public, it is their
