“Can you run?” Nguyen asked.
A boy started at Nguyen.
“For what? In a low voice, he asked. “I am hungry...” He
said.
Nguyen checked at the raining and looked at him.
“Go with me to see my grandma. She might help your
brother.”
A gentleman looked at Nguyen and turned to his son.
“Truong. You must follow him. We may have good luck.
Do not forget the milk and food for your brother and sitter.”
Truong looked at his father.
“How are about you?”
“Do not think of me...! All of you have food to eat that I will
be happy.”
After Nguyen had introduced Truong with his grandma
and tell her about an infant situation, his grandma holds
Truong in her arms, gave him the food to eat. She walked
around the kitchen and brought out a basket of much food and a
both of milk for his family then she told him:
“If you little brother needs more milk, you must be back
here to get it.”
Truong had carefully held the basket of food and a both of
milk on his chest. He ran fast as he can to be back his family tent
after he had nodded his head to Nguyen’s grandma.
“Yes ... I will...”
