Marketplace

Fees & Policies:

We are offering virtual NABCA Marketplace booths for $500
per booth. Our policy is to allow one booth per member
company and one complimentary conference registration
per booth. Please note there is no sharing or subletting
of booths.

Deadline:
The deadline to purchase a virtual booth is April 23 .

What Happens After You
Register for a Booth:

Once registered, you will be asked to select a “booth manag-
er”. The booth manager will receive ALL booth information
and instructions on how to design and run the virtual booth.
This will include a personalized login/passcode to access the
platform, and reminders and notifications to keep booth
development on track.

Booth Development:

The booth manager, once logged in to the virtual booth
platform, will see a personalized dashboard featuring a list
of specific tasks to build the booth. The booth platform is an
easy process.

Engaging Attendees:

Companies may choose to staff their booth during the sug-
gested hours. This would be up to you/your booth manager.
NABCA will communicate the recommended hours.
