Booth Tasks
Below is the list of all the elements you have the choice
to include in your virtual booth. It is your decision which
items to include and make public for attendees to view.
■ Company Website
■ Contact Information
■ Logo: Upload your color logo for visual impact. Required format and
dimensions will be specified
■ Social Media Links: Include your social media links (Twitter, Linke-
dIn and Facebook)
■ Booth Representatives and Availability: Include up to four
booth representatives to staff your booth. You can also include their
headshots and titles to make the connections with attendees more en-
gaging. Each representative will be able to have their availability post-
ed within their profile so attendees know if and when they are present
in the booth. Time is built into each day of the Annual Conference for
attendees to visit your booth but it is for you to decide if and when you
would like to “staff” your booth. NABCA is asking that all booth sales
representatives refrain from interacting with attendees between 10:30
AM EDT and 1:30 PM EDT on Tuesday and Wednesday so as not to over-
lap with morning general sessions and afternoon business sessions.
Also, should you choose—you are able to staff your booth earlier than
10:30 AM EDT and later than 5:00 PM EDT on Tuesday and Wednesday.
■ Video Chat: Each booth representative will be able to host video
chats initiated by the attendee(s). Up to 12 people can join each repre-
sentative’s video chat. Attendees can pop into your video chat, just like
when they visit your booth onsite. Set your own scheduled hours for
video chat (with the ability to share your screen). Video chat availabil-
ity will show when an attendee hovers over the profile photo on your
booth website.
■ Message Board/Text Chat Feature: Attendees and booth
representatives can live chat on the booth “Message Board”. (NOTE:
all chats are public not private and can be seen all who click on the
Company’s message board.)
■ Request Information Link: Attendees can submit a request or
comment by clicking your booth’s “Request Information” button and
the exhibitor can personally follow up.
■ Linkable Booth Banner: This is an effective way to make your
booth much more noticeable to attendees and have it stand out. At-
tendees will see a horizontal banner across the top edge of your virtual
booth. If their screen is very small then they can see a vertical banner
instead. Either way, your booth will really pop when attendees click on
your page.
