more booth tasks...
■ Profile: A company description is collected in the “Company Details
and Description” task. You have up to 1,000 characters.
■ Web Links: You have the option to provide up to six (6) additional
URLs to be posted in your virtual booth. It is common to include links
to press releases, product webpages, and forms. Perhaps include a rec-
ommended recipe with your product!
■ Pdf Files: You can upload up to six (6) PDF documents to share with
attendees in your virtual booth. This is a great way to share product
data sheets and other company literature with attendees.
■ Introduction Video: Share a video with attendees to introduce
them to your company. It’s a great way to draw them in. We recommend
videos run between 20 seconds and three (3) minutes. If you have other
videos to share, we recommend you add them under WEB LINKS.
■ Incentivization: In our virtual Marketplace, if you choose—your
booth can contain a virtual QR code that attendees can scan to answer
a specific question that you provide about your company/service/
product to receive points for prizes provided by NABCA.
■ Product Showcase: Do you have a specific product you would like
to showcase this year? This will be a great way to show it! Upload up to
four (4) images of your products to share with attendees in your booth.
■ Logo Wall: The Marketplace homepage is an interactive “wall” of
company logos (your company will also be visible in an alpha-order
list). Include your logo and allow attendees to find your page easily.
How Long Will My Booth Be Viewable?
Our conference website will be LIVE and accessible to attendees for the
two weeks following the conclusion of the Annual Conference. Record-
ings of all education sessions will also be housed on the conference web-
site so it is highly likely that attendees will visit your booth after the event.
