• Know and follow the rules. Inappropriate postings that may include discriminatory remarks, harassment and threats of violence or unlawful conduct will not be tolerated and may be subject
 to disciplinary action, including termination.
• Be respectful, always be fair and courteous to fellow associates, clients or people who work on
behalf of Circle of Care. If you decide to post complaints or criticism, avoid using statements, photographs, video or audio that could be reasonably viewed as malicious, obscene, threatening, or intimidating behavior that would disparage others. These actions may be viewed as harassment or bullying. Examples of such conduct might include offensive posts meant to intentionally harm someone's reputation or posts that could contribute to a hostile work environment on the basis of race, sex, disability, religion or any other status protected by law or company policy.
• Be honest and accurate. Never post any information or rumors that you know to be false about fellow associates, clients or people working on behalf of Circle of Care.
• Post only appropriate and respectful content. Maintain the confidentiality of Circle of Care
 trade secrets and private or confidential information. Do not post internal reports, policies,
procedures, or other internal business-related confidential communications.
• Do not create a link from your blog, website, or other social networking site to the Circle of
Care website without identifying yourself as a Circle of Care associate.
  • Express only your own personal opinions. If Circle of Care is a subject of the content you are creating, be clear and open about the fact that you are an associate and make it clear that your views do not represent those of your fellow associates, clients or people working on behalf of Circle of Care.
• It is best to include a disclaimer such as "The postings on this site are my own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Circle of Care.”
SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND SMOKING
Circle of Care employees are prohibited from the unlawful or unauthorized manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled or illegal substance or any alcoholic beverages while in the workplace during standard operating hours. Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Circle of Care maintains a smoke and tobacco free office. No smoking or other use of tobacco or similar products (including, but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vaping, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing
tobacco) is permitted at any point during a workday, while on company business, while in transit between work locations or assignments, while at a therapy visit, in any part of the company building or within 50 feet of such building. There are no designated smoking areas inside or on Circle of Care premises, nor does the company allow smoking breaks during the workday.
If returning from a meal break during which you have used tobacco or similar products, do not leave cigarette butts or other traces of litter or tobacco use on the ground or anywhere else near the building. Employees may not have the smell of tobacco smoke about their persons during work hours, including therapy visits or while on any company related business. In general, employees should not use or
