consume any substance, the effects or traces of which could interfere with the employee’s presentation of a clean and professional appearance to our clients and the general public.
Employees who have direct contact with clients may be subject to testing on a for-cause (reasonable suspicion) basis when the agency or its client has reason to believe that either a drug or alcohol problem exists, or a violation of the policy has occurred. All employees may be subject to testing post-accident, near miss accident or an incident where an injury or property damage did or might occur.
All alcohol/drug testing will be provided at no cost to the employee. Location and details will be coordinated through the corporate office.
Method and Type of Drug Testing:
Drug testing will be performed by an independent qualified lab utilizing urine or blood samples as deemed appropriate by the agency administrator.
VISIT STATEMENT
All visits performed for Circle of Care must be a minimum of 30 / 38 minutes in length (dependent on the insurance guidelines). Any visit that does not meet the minimum requirement will be reviewed by the clinical director and may be considered non-billable. Circle of Care does not perform any type of group therapy; only one patient may be seen at a time. Therapists are also aware that only one therapy session per discipline can be conducted on any given day.

Circle of Care is committed to a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Each individual has the right to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal employment opportunities and prohibits unlawful discriminatory practices, including harassment. Therefore, Circle of Care expects that all relationships among persons within and/or with the company will be business-like and free of bias, prejudice and harassment.
Circle of Care has developed this policy to ensure that all its employees or patients are in an environment free from unlawful harassment, discrimination and retaliation. The company will make every reasonable effort to ensure that all concerned are familiar with these policies and are aware that any complaint in violation of such policies will be investigated and resolved appropriately.
