BUILDING A STRATEGY PART 3

            PERFORMANCE BUZZ CONTINUED

       How good the team is?

This is where you can go wrong using this strategy! If a player has a high
average performance buzz score but they play for a team who only win one in
every three plus games then they are going to be missing out on crucial win

bonuses and potential game winning goals. Unless the player is super cheap
and one potential win means a high yield then players in average teams do
       not fit this strategy.

       Napoli
Napoli are challenging for the Seria A title, they are second favourites to win

the league behind Juventus, so they should win and dominate most of
       their games.

Player strengths and weaknesses Use a scoring system for this information
rather than your opinion to avoid any bias you might have towards the player.
If you really like the player you might give him more credit than he deserves

and equally if you do not like the player you might dismiss key
player strengths that could make you money. I use scoring systems like Sofa

Score and Who Scored for this information.

       Insigne
Insigne was at the time of entering the trade in second place only to Messi on

all scoring systems. Key strengths highlighted were passing, ball retention and
       chances created.

This information will help you form a difference if you want to sell or review the
player because he is not working out for you later on.

His form might have changed, he is being played out of position or his club are
now struggling. Recording what his situation was when you brought him and
asking the same questions will help see the difference and spot the problem.
