Many classrooms have smartboards,
some do not have. There is not enough

science laboratory equipment and
materials. The school has computers and

software that is up to date, as well as
internet connection.

There more than forty amazing teachers

and eight administration/ support staff
members. They help one another in

teaching and managing the school and are working with members of the community.
There is a hostel in the school, some of the learners reside there. The hostel is also

used for studying, learners can study in the hostel.

The school also has a feeding scheme, every learner can collect food and parcels.

Extramural activities like swimming, prayer and devotion sermons, sport contests,
etc. are offered and aims at developing children talents, as well as saving them from

drugs and crime.

Teachers try their best in managing the school, in creating fun activities and in
creating an inductive learning environment, but there are still some gaps. Learner’s

rate of absenteeism is high. In this situation, an “ideal” teacher is needed. Teachers
need more information and skills on how to deal with learners who come from this

community.
