Functions & Responsibilities:

To prepare a 1=page Weekly bulletin and / or 4-page bulletin on a monthly and / or

quarterly basis in soft format, to be uploaded on the club web site. Also printing hard copies

which can be distributed to members & district officials.

To decide on advertisements from our members.

To add columns such as Rotary Information, Rotary News, Rotary

Quiz to our magazine

Upgrade the Club website periodically giving information on rotary,

various service projects undertaken. To provide information on

upcoming fellowships & service projects.

To provide information on site of all activities of the club &

spreading awareness & goodwill of rotary for any visitor, visiting the

site.
