Functions and responsibilities

To create awareness about Rotary & the work done by Rotary to

general masses.

The public relation Director’s work is, being the communicating link

between performance & public appreciation.

To remove misconceptions in the mind of public & persons about

rotary & create a positive image of rotary in their minds.

To put Banners, Billboards, Hoardings, Coverage in media regarding

community projects undertaken by Rotary.

To insert articles in various newspapers about the good work &

community work done by Rotary.

To publicize the principles of Rotary & encourage persons to join

the Rotary

Movement & adhere to the principles of Rotary.
