DIRECTOR: MEMBERSHIP – RTN ARVIND DATAR

Functions & Responsibilities:

 To chair this committee which will be responsible for membership

development & retention

 Formulate targets for current year’s membership growth

 Responsible for having the new member fill in the requisite forms
for club data and handing the same to the secretary

 Conducting classification surveys to ensure that the club is

represented by members from different walks of life
 Responsible for motivation and retention of old members.

 To promote participation of women in Rotary by trying to bring more

lady members

 To organize fire side meetings to help new members understand

 Rotary by putting into place a system or a program for education &
orientation of new members

 Formulating a plan for effective communication between all

members & enlisting participation in all activities of the club.
