Rates of Pay
Brown Bros. Skip Bins pay rates are determined by the Waste Award. Additional hourly rates in
excess of the award are determined by the experience of the employee. Overtime rates are at
the award rate only i.e. X 1.5 of award rate and 2 x the award rate and may not be in this
proportion to hourly rate. All
employees must agree in writing to this arrangement.

Reimbursement of Expenses
Brown Bros. Skip Bins will reimburse employees for pre-approved expenses properly incurred
by employees in the proper performance of their duties. Reimbursement will be subject to
employees providing receipts or other evidence of payment and of the purpose of each
expense.

Workers Compensation

All employees may be eligible for workers’ compensation benefits if injured while at work.
