CHAPTER 12 HAVING A SOLID TIMELINE AND PLAN!

As you have seen from earlier in this book, Exhibitions have a lot of strings to the bow so it’s important you
have a clear plan of action when approaching them. Working to deadlines and setting yourself time
imposed guidelines can really help take away a lot of the stress of exhibiting. Below is a checklist which
should help all the things you need to do in perspective and take some of this stress away. If you would like
a copy of this in editable excel format, please just drop me an email on stephan@theexhibitionguy.com or
give me a call and I can get it across to you. This is based on 25 years of shows so should be a useful tool
for your planning…. ideally you need to have a meeting with your team and run through this so everyone
knows exactly what they have to do and when and this is also a great time to ensure the correct tasks are
        delegated.
