CHAPTER 13 TOP TIPS FOR PRE-SHOW

Throughout this book I have looked at giving you ways to make your whole exhibition experience
less stressful because the less stress you have gives you more time to concentrate on what’s really
important for you.... building relationships at the show itself. With that in mind I wanted to give
you my top ten tips for things to do before you Exhibit. As mentioned at the start of this book, I
will be doing a spectate book on during and post show and these will also feature top tips…. Here
goes!

1. Decide on your Exhibition budget to include everything

2. Find out who your neighbors are in the hall

3. Write down your THREE key objectives for exhibiting

4. Decide on what colours represent your brand

5. Personalize your invitations/hold some for onsite

6. Organise team and exhibition training

7. Read the exhibitors manual!!

8. Complete the Exhibition checklist

9. Market your stand everywhere possible

10. Set exact and measurable sales/leads targets
