Cisco Cloud Resellers are now engaging with Cisco Powered
Cloud providers, but need to clearly understand which services
opportunities are delivered via the provider.
According to several Cisco Resellers interviewed, the market for
HCS has been slower than IaaS, but the opportunity pipeline for
2014 and beyond appears to be growing
Integrations with Workforce solutions, Google and Microsoft apps,
Jabber and other back office financial systems represents a
significant opportunity for HCS resellers. Additional skills may be
required.
