● Do you have a Statement of Work (SoW) for this type
of engagement?

● Does the SoW:

 include a relationship map defining key engagement roles
and responsibilities (customer and partner)?

 define project timelines, milestone dates and key
deliverables?

 define the escalation process and timing in case of difficult?

● Do you have an appropriate consulting run-book,
templates, etc. for a Fast IT engagement - if not, what
is your plan to create them?

● Do you have the appropriate “back-office” systems to
support this type of on-site delivery?
