a. Collect Test Sammples in the Suspect‐Conntaminated BBottle from 33 locations
withhin each Susppect‐Contaminated spill ccontainment system cutting a small
holee in the pillow case annd scooping about 10 to 12 scoops of the
neutralization poowder into thhe bottle mark ked Suspect‐CContaminated.
b. Reppeat for all Susspect‐Contamminated spill ccontainment systems. All Suspect‐
Conntaminated saamples can goo into the samme Test Sampple Bottle.
c. Collect sufficientt sample neuttralizer to fill bottle at leasst ½ to ¾ full ffrom all

d. Signn and Date the Samples Reelinquished Byy field.
