Setup Instruction for Retrofit Installation

A “Retrofit” is defined by EnviroGuard as a spill containment installation
where the battery rack has been installed.

Tools Required for Installation
• Anchor Setting tool (Provided)
• Caulking Gun (Provided)
• Hammer Drill
• Hammer

• Ratchet with / 16” and ½” Sockets
• 7 / 16”and ½” Box End Wrench
• Chalk Line
• Duct Tape
• Double Stick Tape
• Utility Knife with Regular or Hook Blades
• Side Cutters (Snips)
• Throw-away Latex Gloves
• T-Square or Straight Edge (at least 4” long and preferably non-metallic)
• Measuring Tape (non-metallic)
• Marking Pen
• Thermal Bonding Tool Kit W/ Approved Heat Gun (Figures 1, 2 and 3)
