We are being treated just like the old Ranger Battalions. Break us up, send us to the schools of our specialty, and when we get back together, we will be ready for anything. Or at least that‘s the theory. I just can’t understand why we are being split up right when we are getting so close. There are others who don’t share that sentiment especially since Blue Heaven is becoming the most popular drug of all time among school kids. Hell, it seems everyone has it. In addition, someone needs to investigate the leaks we have been having lately. At any rate, for whatever rea- son, we are history until school’s out.”
Doug said, “We all believe in following orders, but this sucks and at the wrong time.
Seige thought momentarily his own psyche felt the exact same way but he was not one to really question authority.
“The training couldn’t hurt us,” he said. “I have to assume that whatever the reason, it will be for the ultimate benefit of the group. We’re all professionals and some of our training will help us conduct our own intelligence. Of course when we return, we will be expected to do the impossible like completely closing Blue Heaven down.”
