LATE MR BENNETT U. OKOLI (KOMA)
AGED: 70 YEARS
Tribute To My Loving Uncle
t is really hard to believe you are gone. I was seriously planning on how to visit you face
to face in America only to receive the shocking news that you fell ill and can't even
Italk with me on the phone. I prayed for your recovery but who are we to say no to the
call of nature.
Benne be Nne! As my late mum fondly call you, your good deeds to me will ever live long
in my heart. You made me wear Obodoyibo Cloths and shoes at my early years. Toys
where always available in different forms for us to play with. I s ll hear your deep voice
call me Mama moooh!!. Your Laps was the only Chair that me and Ify will always seat on
any me you where home.
Although all these good deeds became a memory as you married your second wife, I s ll
love you so much because I understand that demands and responsibili es became higher
for you. I also have the feelings that it was not easy for you. As you answer the call of
Nature, I pray that our good Lord will grant your Soul Peace in His Bossom. Amen! We
Love you Uncle, but God Loves you more and we all must one day answer this call.
Sleep on Benne be Nne!
Adieu my Uncle!
Adieu Koma!
Your Li le niece,
Chimaobim Precious Ezeofor ( Nee Ogbuagu)
