GOLF CART PREPARATION SERVICE
The Staging Area:
Mornings are the busiest time of the day and
the most crucial in order to start the day off correctly to ensure the best possible experience for members, guests and team members.
After clocking in for your shift, begin the process of getting golf carts over to the staging area by connecting them together (no more than four carts on a given line).
Before you leave the cart barn area with carts, please make sure that all carts are loaded with towels, tees, pencils and are clean. We need to be thorough in our preparation in order to provide an exceptional experience.
Once the carts are in the staging area they will need to be detached and backed in on the painted lines in the staging area. These lines are to be used throughout the day (unless otherwise noted for
the use of tournaments or events that may require more carts in that designated space.)
After staging the carts make sure the welcoming team has designated at least 6 carts that are handicap usable carts. They will be placed on the Gold Course side of the staging area closest to the bag racks for easy access for those who desire to use one.
Once that carts are staged as in the pictures, bags will begin to be put on the carts with the Blue Course tee times will be on the left with the Gold Course tee times on the right. Starting with the earliest tee times closest to each tee box as it corresponds with the course. Ex: The Gold Course tee time at 8:00 AM will be on the right side closest to the Bag Room. The Blue Course tee time at 8:00 AM will be on the left side closest to the rst tee of the Blue Course.
After the staging area has been set as seen in the picture, it is your duty to double check again to make sure if anything is missing it gets replaced before the daily play begins. The welcoming team will be able to assist in making sure this is covered and well kept throughout the day.
