and contributing to non-profits and charitable groups. Our Employee Volunteer
Program is extremely important to us, partnering with hundreds of non-profits in
our footprint. We are especially proud of our work with Grow-A-Row, where we
send employees monthly to support the battle against hunger. In addition, our year-
end food bank program gave support to 19 local food banks, the Bank matching
dollar-for-dollar our employees’ donations.
Despite the current headwinds in the markets driven by trade wars, political
gridlock and the volatile stock market, our vision and strategy for Unity has not
changed. We believe Unity’s stock remains a great value as we trade at a low
multiple of earnings in comparison to our peers. We are committed to exceptional
customer service, personal attention, local decision-making and concern for the
financial well-being of our customers and shareholders. We and the employees of
Unity are committed to achieving our financial goals and look forward to the year
ahead.
The Board of Directors, management and staff thank you and we continue to
appreciate your loyalty and support.
