                                       well as technology.

                                       We have strengthened our brand digitally with
                                       continual improvement to our Mobile Banking App.
                                       In 2018, we enhanced the consumer’s ability to
                                       change their password in the app and added finger
                                       print security technology.

                                       Our investment in technology provides a full-range of
                                       digital services previously available only at the largest
                                       banks. In addition to online banking, consumer
                                       customers can use our mobile banking app as well
                                       as mobile bill pay, mobile phone check deposit and
                                       person-to-person payments.

                                       Business customers have access to robust online
                                       and mobile apps for complex cash management. In
                                       addition to customizable permissions for various
                                       company functions, business customers also have
                                       powerful ACH capabilities for electronic payments.
                                       Our positive pay program affords municipalities and
                                       companies with larger accounts payable departments
                                       the ability to minimize fraud utilizing this automated
                                       service that checks the validity of payments before
                                       releasing funds.

                                       We continue to invest in technology and information
                                       security that improves the customer experience.
