ARCHITECTURE DESIGN PRINCIPLE - PATTERN

Pattern approach are nothing more than a
repetition of multiple design elements that blend

together. Wallpaper patterns are the most
ubiquitous example of patterns that virtually

everyone is familiar with. Pattern approach also is
an underlying structure that organizes surfaces or

          structures in a consistent, regular
manner. Pattern approach can be described as a
repeating unit of shape or form, but it can also be

thought of the basic style that organizes the parts Figure 51 : Sample of pattern approach
          of a composition.

In modern living architecture, patterns shape
building and space accordingly. A pattern is a set of

relationships which can be realized using different
materials and geometries. Pattern in architecture is

not solely what the space looks like, what pattern
material being arranged but it is more than that
where the users will experience them with their

          senses.
