Ms. Womble’s principal area of practice is real estate law. She

has represented developers, owners, operators, investors and
national and regional tenants in connection with the acquisition,

disposition, financing, development and leasing of commercial,
residential and mixed-use developments.

Education and Professional Background. The University of Texas

at Austin (B.A. in Spanish, 1990); St. Mary’s University School
of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1994); Georgetown University Law

Center (LL.M. in International and Comparative Law, 1995).
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Womble practiced as a solo

practitioner, specializing in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate
development and financing; retail, office and industrial warehouse leasing; and

corporate entity formation. Ms. Womble has also served as general counsel for
NewQuest Properties in Houston, Texas and practiced law at Jenkens & Gilchrist, P.C.

and Kane Russell Coleman & Logan P.C. in Dallas, Texas.
