Automatic Tension Settings

This allows you to program in settings
that automatically adjust the tension
of the film detecting each section
of the pallet. This ensures the correct
amount of film is applied so there
isn’t breakages on sharp corners or
corners of the load getting crushed.
The load cell system allows you to get
maximum stretch yield while maintain
Chain Driven Turntable optimum load containment.
The turntable on the Omni machines is chain driven; this
is to reduce break downs and to make certain that the
machine is virtually maintenance free. This also ensures
that the turntable always returns to its beginning position
after finishing the wrapping cycle.

Custom Built
The Omni machines can be built to your own specific
requirements. If there are any options which you would
like that aren’t specified these can always be added.
