ABSTRACT

                  The  proyet  was  created  by  3  students of  this university,  Mariana  Mena,  Alberto

                  Pérez  and  Belén  Carranza,  we  were  working  in  Parras  Pizza  Club  and  the  we
                  helped them to find opportunities to movease sales. The company was searching

                  loyalty so thats why, the tecniques that we implement were first one we try to the
                  customer service then we implement new promotions to estimulate the client to buy

                  the product by traslating it in loyalty, we suggested that the company seeks the
                  opportunity to buy a new motorcycle to give home service. All the investigation is

                  mad with CANVA strategies to make that the company is constantly growing and

                  selling.
