        Who is my point of contact for Marketing?
        Steve Knodt, Retail Marketing Manager, will be your point of contact. Steve will email you to schedule a Marketing Launch Plan overview
        call about three months prior to your opening date. He can also be reached at steve.knodt@thejoint.com.



        What is the Marketing Launch Plan?
        The Marketing Launch Plan covers six months, three months of preparation before opening, and three months of execution following
        the clinic opening. The launch plan includes the implementation of our marketing mix of proven tactics that will support two promotions
        for the new clinic, the soft and the grand opening. The marketing mix of tactics includes: shared mail, temporary signage, a text in offer,
        free chiropractic adjustments, and a digital marketing package. When coordinated as instructed in the cadence we recommend, the
        plan has proven to drive in the necessary amount of new patient trials needed for new clinics.


        How much can I expect to spend?
        Expect to spend $14,000 over the course of the Marketing Launch Plan. Not all markets are created equal, however, and all Launch
        Plans have some variation and cost differences. Typically, we focus less on spending and more on the checklist of tactics to ensure we
        have developed the plan accordingly.



        Do we work with any agencies?
        Yes, we work with a digital agency called Over The Top (O.T.T.). They execute all of our SEO/SEM tactics like Google AdWords,
        Facebook, Yelp, YouTube, and Instagram. They also provide the platform for our text-in offer and the digital marketing Grand Opening
        Package, both tactics live within the Marketing Launch Plan.

        We have plug-in play turn-key programs developed for your marketing needs and will walk you through the process.


        Do I need to create my own collateral?
        No. Prisma, our print company, has a one-stop fulfillment portal for your every need. Whether you want outdoor signage, apparel,
        promotional items, brochures, forms, print ads, billboards, car wraps, or need to design something very specific to fit your needs, they
        can provide it. It’s all just a click away on DokShop, complete with all of the medical and chiropractic legal disclaimers on a state by state
        basis.
